    Omnichannel Marketeer

    HOW WE IMPACT PATIENTS  

    As part of the Customer Experience team you will ensure that our customers and patients, whom we want to reach, live a seamless omnichannel customer experience based on their individual information needs. Your focus will be on creating & providing educational and scientific content and supporting HCPs and patients in a digital/virtual way, with as single purpose to  improve the impact of our medicines and vaccines on patients and society.  

    HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE 

    The Omnichannel Marketeer will work in close collaboration with Country Brand Leads from a dedicated Category (or Categories) to support all brand team colleagues on how to design, produce and distribute content for our channel and platform mix but also manage digital initiatives as well as create and implement content in existing tools and global platforms.  

    Moreover, she/he will help build capabilities amongst marketers to create omnichannel content based on insights and data, utilizing global brand content for local implementation.  

    The key responsibilities in this role include: 

    • Lead the omnichannel marketing for a dedicated Category (or Categories)

    • Assist brand managers, CX and other commercial roles in developing a holistic omnichannel strategic brand plan  

    • Support your dedicated Category (or Categories) with recommendations on how to make content omnichannel adapted and orchestrate the use of channels by customer type 

    • Create and manage content for the Web Portal 

    • Develop and drive the implementation of web, e-mail, social media and video/webinar campaigns in collaboration with brand managers and customer facing colleagues 

    • Introduces and support CBLs to A/B testing, trains them in it and ensures a rapid iteration of content with customers 

    • Be the SPOC for a dedicated Category (or Categories) representing the Omnichannel Marketing team 

    • Be the expert for a dedicated omnichannel tool/channel for OnePfizer usage 

    • Be the analytics expert for continuous improvement and learning across all channels and campaigns to formulate recommendations to the Country Brand Leads 

    • Provide recommendations on how to improve our digital KPIs reporting to internal teams 

    • Co-develop and execute short and long-term measurement plans  

    • Develops omni-channel best-practices & trainings and actively share them with digital platform functions and your dedicated Category (or Categories) 

    • Support the search for new and innovative digital capabilities to ensure the best experience possible for the customer and patient, e.g web portal 

    • Demonstrate change management capabilities to win hearts and minds and accelerate digital uptake across the different Categories 

    WHAT WE EXPECT  

    Qualifications: 

    • Ideally Bachelor or Master degree in Management with a specialization in Marketing/Digital marketing or any other related field.  

    • Additional degree in Pharmaceutical or Biomedical sciences or any other related field is a plus. 

    • At least 2 years of professional experience requested 

    • Fluency in spoken French and/or Dutch. Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) 

    • Digital mindset and team spirit 

    • Interpersonal skills and intercultural mindset  

    • Ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast paced and changeable pharma environment. 

    • Result oriented: flexible and dynamic with a “get things done” approach to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a deadline driven environment 

    • Experience or willingness to learn tools for digital content creation, e.g automated email marketing,  web editing, video and paid media 

    • Experience or willingness to learn tools for measurement of digital channel performance, e.g. Adobe analytics and tagging tools.
