Requirements:
Degree in business, marketing or healthcare-related discipline (pharma Industry or agency experience preferred)
Track record of cross-functional, multi-level project leadership and management, strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in multichannel/omnichannel marketing is essential either on the client or agency experience.
A strategic thinker with excellent analytical and organizational skills, self-motivated, result driven and strong sense of responsibility. Ability to manage multiple project timelines with critical deadlines and interdependencies in a highly matrixed organization
Project, time management and organizational ability
Experience in user-centered design methods and techniques & Agile methodology
Strong understanding of SEO and SEM with preferably social media campaign management experience
Strong communication (written and verbal), influencing, negotiating, listening and interpersonal skills to effectively develop / maintain productive internal and external relationships. English & Spanish required
Strong internal networking skills to solicit information and integrate industry best practices to the organization
Ability to prioritize assignments to meet multiple deadlines with shifting priorities
Knowledge and management of Adobe platforms is preferred, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Franklin platforms (CMS's).
Knowledge in the application of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
