    Position summary

    • ROLE SUMMARY

    • This position is a leadership role within the P2P organization responsible for procure to pay process and leading a team of analysts. The P2P Team Leader roles are accountable for Purchase Order review & approval, Issue Resolution & 3rd Party Due Diligence activities, or Vendor Maintenance review & approval or invoice processing or payment processing or period closing activities under end to end P2P process including management of:

    • •         performance of daily service delivery activities

    • •         achievement of targets & other business commitments

      •         resource & workload planning activities

      •         P2P community support

      •         audits & other compliance related activities support

      •         continuous improvement activities

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Monitor daily operation to ensure meeting established service level agreements, adhering to statutory requirements and any special country processing requirements.
    • Review the monthly operational performance with management team/stakeholders to identify the recommendations for improvements.
    • Resolve customers/teams escalations with effective decision.
    • Partner with stakeholders to work on all global and country initiatives, maintain a high level satisfaction of TIP.
    • Ensure Working Instructions and other process related documents are maintained and updated in a timely manner.
    • Ensure controls and compliance checks are in place and reviewed on a regular basis.
    • Represent P2P operations in internal/external audit reviews.
    • Construct compelling development plans for the colleagues, grow the colleagues base on talent, strengths and abilities

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor degree
    • Minimum of 5-8 years of BPO or Finance experience (2 years in P2P process)
    • Minimum 2 year SAP FI module experience
    • Proficient language skills in English/Japanese/Korean
    • Proficient Microsoft office knowledge – Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT, Visio
    • Comprehensive accounting knowledge
    • Deep understanding of PTP end to end process
    • Minimum 1 year of people management experience

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Major in Accounting
    • Multinational environment experience
    • Language skills: English – CET 6, Japanese – Level 1
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical skill and problem-solving skills
    • Project management experience
