PBG China Customer Innovation - (Sr.) Content Product Manager

Job Summary:

The Sr. Content Product Manager will be responsible for developing content management strategies, establishing content integration system, and cooperating with internal and external partners to maximize the production of the content and increase the efficiency use of all content.

Success will be met through exceptionally close coordination and partnership within Customer Innovation, with Business Units, Medical, MI, Digital Client Partners, Compliance, etc. and external experts in internet and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Innovative GTM Pilot Leads, Workstream Coordination & Enabling Director, and engage with BU Digital Leads, understand companywide and BU level innovative GTM strategies and models, collect needs of content from multiple stakeholders and parties
• Understand companywide content resources and management systems, identify the gap between status quo and business needs of content
• Develop content management strategies, design content product and establish content integration system to consolidate all content in the centralized platform
• Establish China content asset management system and content warehouse to centralize content storage
• Provide strategy and solution to optimize content labeling method to improve the content search feature to increase the efficiency use of the content and enhance user experience
• Cooperate with external vendors to introduce mass of content to enrich and increase the quantity of content in Pfizer platform
• Provide innovative solutions to increase the internal and external production of content
• Streamline the process of content review and approval to increase the efficiency of content production
• In collaboration with internal digital related supporting functions to ensure the timely delivery of content products and platform;
• Introduce latest best content production and management practice in market and identify new opportunities to optimize innovative solutions;
• Provide analysis, insights and recommendations to guide high level decisions affecting digital product development, innovative business model and current business digital practice;
• Ensure all corporate standards of excellence and compliance are upheld while performing all Company business and demonstrate high ethical and professional standards, at all times, to maintain the excellent reputation of Pfizer PBG within the marketplace

Education and Experience:

• At least 7-10 years of digital product design and content management experience
• 5 years+ Internet industry and technical development experience is preferred
• Demonstrated strength in product requirements analysis
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry digital experience is preferred
• Sharp business acumen and demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timeframes in complex organizational structure
• Able to interact, partner and provide thought leadership for key stakeholders with comfort and ease
• Experience working with agencies/vendors
• Strong ability to anticipate roadblocks well before they occur and take action to ensure they don’t arise
• Acts decisively in complex and fast-moving environment
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree preferred

• Excellent oral and written communications capabilities and presentation skills
• Excellent English and Mandarin Chinese skills
• Experience with business process creation or re-engineering and change management
• Strong interpersonal and influencing capabilities, and communication skills
• Fluent with technology solutions to manage projects including appropriate Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
