Position summary

3.制定,沟通及执行需求管理计划
4.制定,沟通及执行供应管理计划，对直供客户设置固定订单日及最小订单量，提供及时准确的促销活动的销售预测
5.提供外部市场信息
6.人员发展：通过教练,共同拜访和销售会议培训和提高下属的技巧，根据生意的状况,参与招聘和培训下属的活动，完成下属的目标设定并完成PPA
教育程度/经验：
1.本科或以上毕业
2.至少3年的销售经验,优先考虑在跨国快速消费品公司现代通路的工作经历
特别知识：
1、策略性思考能力, 坚忍不拔,具备良好的沟通能力和技巧,良好的自我激励能力,具备较强的领导能力
技能：
1.熟练的英文读写能力
