The Chief Marketing Office (CMO) serves our Biopharma organisation to provide best-in-class capabilities to deliver marketing excellence, to create competitive advantage and improve patient outcomes.

The Integrated Marketing Partners Operations Team is a team which is fully embedded within Biopharma and the CMO to drive transformational change and operational excellence both globally and in market to meet the ever-changing needs of our Biopharma partners, HCPs, and Patients. It functions as a strategic marketing operations partner to the commercial teams and is the key interface between commercial teams and the Biopharma Marketing Operations group.

The responsibilities of the Program Manager include tactical management and pull-through of operational resources including planning and managing and supporting CMO program implementation and governance. The manager acts as a key partner in organizing and coordinating key programs and projects, both global to local and locally driven, identifying risk related to deliverables, and actively maintaining transparency of work and deliverables across stakeholder groups.

Reporting into the Integrated Marketing Operations Lead, this individual must be able to thrive in unchartered territory and be a voice of discipline and structure to enable development and deployment of operational solutions that meet the needs of the business. They will apply a growth mindset, Agile principle and methods, and excellent Project management discipline to enable on-time and quality delivery of CMO and Biopharma initiatives.

Key Attributes:

  • Responsible for the development, leadership, and implementation of global solutions and in market projects that support the business in the achievement of operational priorities.

  • Accountable for ensuring Agile program solutions’ governance; they remain on schedule and that core program participants are clear on required deliverables and roles/ accountabilities.

  • Enables service innovations and operational models, related to Integrated Marketing, to be designed and institutionalized locally.

  • Main interaction points

    • Reporting to Integrated Marketing Operations Lead
    • Interacting day-to-day global and local Enablement colleagues, CMPs, Brand Marketer, Medical, third-party vendors and agencies, digital & other Pfizer colleagues as needed for project coordination and delivery
    • Integrated Marketing Operations Global PM Team

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads and delivers project management in support of key and critical Biopharma programs led by the Integrated Marketing Leads in market
  • Develop program roadmaps for initiatives, including brand/market priorities
  • Deliver change and efficiency solutions in service of Biopharma Integrated Marketing
  • Track progress against operational priorities in support of Integrated Marketing and work with relevant partners (business, comms, training, digital)
  • Identify and drive outcome based KPIs for each program
  • Create communication plan and materials
  • Identify and champion opportunity for operational solutions that support our mission to deliver breakthrough medicines that change people’s lives
  • Identify and applies opportunities for optimization through plans that accelerate performance, drive efficiencies and support simplicity goals
  • Drives Biopharma Operations partnerships to help business achieve prioritized goals while delivery exceptional customer service levels

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, oversee, and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
  • BA Required; MBA/equivalent Master’s-level education a bonus
  • 7+ years of pharmaand commercial experience
  • 7+ years of strong project/program management skills and delivery with PMI Project Management Certification (preferred)
  • Demonstrated history of supporting or managing innovation / transformation / growth / simplification programs to deliver tangible and measurable value add and change.
  • Proven track record of effectively driving and supporting implementing approaches to grow the business & champion a growth mindset in the culture
  • Highly accountable; possess a high energy level, sense of urgency, creativity, decisiveness, ability to work hard and to operate under pressure
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to work in “white space” and drive towards an aspirational vision
  • Creative problem solver, demonstrated track record of high performance, organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle competing priorities and work well under pressure
  • Experience in working with different markets that span various cultures, languages, and time zones
  • Ability to drive collaboration and foster highly productive, functional relationships
  • Demonstrated accountability, agility, and ability to drive program completion in expedited timelines
  • Native Level - Japanese Language
  • Business Level – English Language (at least TOEIC 730)
