Position summary
要件/ Desired Behavioral and Technical Skills】
(ア) 医薬品の製造方法及び製造設備について充分な知識を有すること。
(イ) GMPやEHSなどの関係法規について充分な知識を有すること。
(ウ) 薬学部や工学部などの理系大学または大学院卒
(エ) 率先して業務改善・製造原価低減を推進できるリーダーシップを有すること。
(オ) 工場全体の改善のために､積極的に努力し､周囲と協働するマインドと実行力を有すること｡
(カ) 科学的知識に基づいた正確かつ論理的な日本語のコミュニケーション能力を有すること。
(キ) 海外と適切なコミュニケーションができる英会話力と英文作成能力を有すること。TOEIC650点以上であることが望ましい。
【職務経験/ Background requirement】
3年以上の製造関連業務または研究業務の経験を有することが望ましい。
