As a self-directed leader, you will drive process robustness and act as a coach to Technical Services Specialists and to the Process Centered Operations Team.

How You Will Achieve It

• Be recognised as having a high level of knowledge/skill in solid dosage manufacturing
• Provide technical and product input to process teams for timely issue resolution and root cause analysis as required.
• Identify and implement change the business activities and step change process improvements. Deliver continuous improvement projects using six sigma and lean methodologies
• Identify best practices to support process improvements within Pfizer network and implement to support process robustness.
• Own Process Robustness at process team level. Hold Accountability for process knowledge management.
• Coordination and management of projects including process development, technical transfers, process and cleaning validation.
• Preparation of documentation for each study to ensure a robust process capable of meeting all acceptance criteria
• Demonstrate Accountability and Decision Making.
  • As a PE Lead approves change controls, investigations, development reports etc. they must demonstrate that they appreciate the impact of actions holistically across Product, Equipment and Systems.
  • An appreciation of the compliance, regulatory and business requirements must be included.  
• Support internal and external Audits.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Engineering or a related discipline
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Solid Oral Dosage manufacture
• Skills to translate and present visualization of data into a format that can trigger action and business decisions
• Understanding and proficiency in Change Management
• Ability to effectively coach and mentor colleagues
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Nice-to-Have

• Master's degree
• Demonstrated previous experience in problem solving, and decision making skills
• Capability in Lean tools and/or desire to grow Lean capabilities to further drive Continuous Improvement projects .
