Project Engineer Material Flow
Warehouse Aseptic
Het Aseptic Warehouse is het knooppunt waar alle flows samenkomen. Grondstoffen en componenten worden er gereceptioneerd, gestockeerd, gepickt en afgeleverd aan de verschillende productieafdelingen. Semi-finished en bulken bewegen er van de ene afdeling naar de andere. Dit alles in het geheel nieuw kader van Plant Logistics, met oa een geautomatiseerd hoogbouwmagazijn en een Autostore.
Als Production Engineer vervolledig je het Support team van het warehouse, en als team sta je in voor de ondersteuning van de operationele tak van onze afdeling en van de vele andere afdelingen. Je komt in contact met veel verschillende afdelingen en bent verantwoordelijk voor een gevarieerd takenpakket.
Takenpakket
- SME van ons WMS systeem (IPL)
- Problemen analyseren en oplossen voor de operationele teams en productie afdelingen
- Continuous improvement projecten voorstellen en uitwerken
- Bij nieuwe producten/afdelingen ben je aanspreekpunt om de nieuwe flows op te zetten
- Business cases en requirements uitwerken voor verbeteringen of uitbreidingen
- Data/rapporten opbouwen en onderhouden van dashboards
Profiel
- Je hebt een relevant universitair diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je bent een teamspeler, hebt een hands on mentaliteit en bent communicatief vaardig
- Je houdt ervan analytisch te werk te gaan in data, maar ook door met de betrokken mensen te praten om tot een constructieve oplossing te komen
- Kennis van SQL query’s en/of 5S is een troef
- Je kan het overzicht bewaken over verschillende parallelle projecten en kan prioriteiten stellen.
