严格遵循公司核心价值观和商业行为准则开展业务活动
维护和管理产品在市场终端的价格体系
负责管理和产品的一切业务，制定地区目标和发展方向
建立业绩良好、极富生产力和士气高昂的团队
勇于挑战，在公司区域管理政策要求的情形下，确保完成上级经理下达的销售及其他工作目标
参与所负责区域的人员招聘，负责团队人员发展，进行绩效管理和教导
建立和保持有效的沟通系统
完成区域城市开发计划，挖掘潜力城市及生意机会
与当地零售经销商保持密切沟通与合作，共同利用各自资源优势开发更多潜在客户
定期随访代表，提高下属能力，每季度完成绩效评估并提出目标与期望
收集并及时反馈市场趋势、发展状况、竞争对手活动，为公司制定战略计划提供参考
按公司政策分配/利用/控制区域资源和预算
按时参加公司会议、按要求及时提交相关的工作报告
