ROLE SUMMARY
This Digital Solutions Adoption Senior Associate will support the change management strategy for key internal stakeholders including but not limited to Global Business Services and Enabling Functions Teams.
The ideal candidate is a Change Management Professional who has a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of a matrixed organization, preferably in the adoption of global software applications.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience designing and leading initiatives for solution adoption projects based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies and leading practices in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Evaluation and Change Management
Demonstrated experience in delivering training strategies and plans and managing change in a complex global organization
Experience managing change management activities within a project or team; previous experience in setting priorities and balancing competing deadlines desired
Experience in developing innovative training strategies for effective training design and delivery (e.g., learner-centered, inclusion sensitive, actionable, experiential, active and measurable)
Experience in measuring the effectiveness of training strategies
High level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities, ability to manage multiple and complex priorities efficiently and effectively
Ability to proactively make strategic connections and identify opportunities to develop and implement creative training strategies and solutions
Proven success in developing and executing internal training strategies and training plans for a large corporation
Strong demonstrated ability in PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft tools to develop work plans, articulate complex issues, analyze data and structure information
Energetic self-starter; self-directed, with impeccable attention to detail
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Support solution delivery teams in the active execution of change management activities
Develop and implement strategies to ensure transformation goals are met through the right tools, listening, communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and success measures
Leverage available technology to create the best learning experience for learners
Collaborate and consult with learning development team members to determine the plan and best routes to meet training requirements
Agree on learning outcome metrics and measurements with stakeholders and determine best way to measure
Utilize technical and industry knowledge in the areas of Change Management and Learning & Development to drive strategies to change
Actively engage in the development and innovation of Training Methods, Methodologies, and Tools
Proactively make strategic connections across the business and identify opportunities to develop and implement creative training strategies and solutions
Make recommendations on the approach and mechanisms for the appropriate learning solution for each audience group
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
BA or BS degree, preferably in Organizational Development
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience related to Change Management
Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, MS Teams
Knowledgeable in all aspects of Microsoft Office and ancillary programs
Experience in working on large-scale, global projects
