    Senior Manager Vaccines 100% (m/w/d)

    This is what you can look forward to:

    The Senior Manager Vaccines plays a crucial role in the commercial success of Pfizer Vaccines in Austria and is reporting to the Primary Care Lead. The individual will ensure best-in-class brand management for the portfolio (currently FSME and the Meningococcal vaccines) based on the brand operating plans (e. g. POA materials, professional relations, market access and patient/media programs, KOL strategies and management) to achieve short- and long-term sales/contribution objectives. The second major focus is the successful preparation of upcoming launches.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Planning and managing of brand performance and marketing spend (Revenues, DME, KPIs)
    • Leading and executing the entire spectrum of marketing activities based on regional core materials with a strong focus on digital capabilities and materials
    • Launch navigator for upcoming launches
    • Identification and segmentation of major customer types, tailoring messages and activities per key customer
    • Development and execution of country stakeholder plans (in close cooperation with country and regional functions)
    • Sharing best practices across in-country and with GLocal teams

    What you offer:

    • University degree in Science, Health Sciences or Business, or adequate practical qualification

    • 3-7 years experience in pharmaceutical marketing (ideally vaccines) with demonstrated track record of high performance and producing outstanding results

    • In-depth knowledge of the Austrian healthcare and pharmaceutical environment

    • Established network of key vaccines stakeholders

    • Proven ability to facilitate open discussion and debate in order to build internal and external relationships based on mutual trust

    • Strong negotiations skills leading to beneficial outcomes and mutual gains

    • Ability to manage complexity and lead without authority

    • Fluent in German and English

    The salary depends on education, training and expert knowledge as well as previous experience but will at least amount to EUR 72.000 gross p.a. on a full time base.
