    Pfizer’s Colleague Services GBS (Global Business Services) team is comprised of dedicated, solution oriented and agile colleagues who think big and challenge the status quo.  You will  be part of a team that delivers operational excellence, making work easier and faster so we can deliver breakthroughs that change patients’ lives. 

    What You Will Achieve 

    The Senior Associate, Regional Onboarding Lead is responsible for advance regional operational effectiveness with process, innovation, and technology to enable the onboarding of new colleagues. This position is a part of HR Shared Services (Referred as GBS- Global Business Services) and is accountable for the continuous optimization and delivery of key operational processes including onboarding process support and documentation/data management for new joiners, day 1 onboarding, and days 2-90 onboarding support and coordination. 

    How You Will Achieve It 

    • Deliver and support regional, standardized end to end onboarding services from pre-boarding through the first 90 days of employment for new colleagues  
    • Collaborate with the Onboarding Strategy Lead to inform global onboarding strategy and ensure standardization of processes and technologies to deliver a seamless onboarding experience    
    • Collaborates with the Onboarding Strategy and Regional Leads to design and deliver the global onboarding strategy and experience requirements for new colleagues.  
    • Ensure onboarding processes are delivered in alignment to country legal and privacy-related requirements and delivery against agreed SLA’s/KPI’s 
    • Ensure strong execution of global policies and processes related to onboarding  
    • Lead change and drive adoption of onboarding tools and digital technologies, facilitating changes and/or vendor delivery of on-going training, communication, and education 
    • Develop consultative partnerships with recruiting teams to co-create solutions and capture feedback to transform hiring manager and candidate user experience throughout the onboarding process  
    • Participate in process design, testing and lead or actively support global implementation for new integrated technologies and process solutions related to onboarding service delivery.  
    • Maintain and update regional onboarding backlog and participate in Onboarding Squad activities acting as regional onboarding subject matter expert 
    • Support achievement of GBS goals in 1) delivering operational excellence, 2) delivering exceptional customer service and 3) driving an exceptional culture for our colleagues 
    • Support resolution of onboarding escalations, collaborating closely with GBS Colleague Services, HR Service Center, Digital COEI team, PX and TA leaders with urgency needed to support business objectives 
    • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships across local, regional, and global PX teams as an active participant to support priorities, proactively identify and manage issues and risks throughout HR projects, M&A and significant reorganizations. 

    Must Have 

    • Bachelors  
    • 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations or Business Operations
    • Demonstrated project management expertise and track record of improving operational processes  
    • Ability to weigh multiple customer impacts and recommend solutions aligned to business priorities  
    • Proven analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating findings 
    • Demonstrated experience influencing direct or matrixed teams 
    • Verbal & written fluency in English  
    • Experience with problem solving and issues resolution 

    Nice To Have 

    • Experience delivering onboarding and talent acquisition services  
    • Experience participating in process and user experience design  
    • Experience working on or with agile project teams 
    • Experience implementing global ‘first time’ technology 
    • Design thinking/ user experience design  
    • Bilingual capability in a regional language(s)
    • Workday and ServiceNow experience  
    • Strong project management and exceptional communication skills with demonstrated capability to influence desired outcomes
