    Position summary

    Pfizer is hiring a Brilliant and Engaged Talent Acquisition Sr Associate (Candidate Experience) for the Site of Bucharest.

    Role Summary

    • Reporting to Global Talent Acquistion (TA) Function, the Sr Associate Talent Acquisition (Candidate Experience) will be part of TA Italy & Eastern Cluster and will be responsible for recruiting best in class active and passive candidates for entry and mid-levels across the organisation in Romania. The Sr Associate TA will partner closely with Hiring Managers, People Experience (HR) colleagues, and other stakeholders in developing specific recruiting plans or initiatives to ensure that the hiring process is consistent with business goals. The successful candidate should be able to design tactical recruiting plans for both internal/external recruitment drives that aim to grow the talent pipeline.
    • The Sr Associate TA (Candidate Experience) will be responsible for supporting the country recruitment strategy aligning with business needs. They will play an active role in identifying areas for continuous improvement, partnering with relevant stakeholders, and implementing improvements identified.
    • Key to the role will also be supporting our Employee Value Proposition aligned with global strategy and tools to ensure a consistent and relevant message for all activities.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Support full-life cycle recruitment needs for the business including direct sourcing techniques, consultative skills, and compensation, ensuring that every stage from the raising of the initial staff requisition to final appointment is carried out in accordance with global operating procedures and adhere to best practice principles.
    • Proactively manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities with Pfizer and ensure a strong positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring life cycle, relationship management will be a critical component of this role.
    • Utilize creative sourcing techniques for entry and mid-level positions including direct sourcing, internet recruiting, networking, utilization of external research, etc.
    • Effectively integrate diversity into the staffing process to ensure diverse candidate slates.
    • Build strong relationships with the various line and functional clients to ensure the ability to influence and drive the recruiting process & local talent acquisition strategy.
    • Support a specific local Employee Value Proposition for the business.
    • Develop a culture of ownership and accountability with a high emphasis on Client and candidate satisfaction.
    • Support the recruitment in other countries of the cluster in case of peaks of volumes.

    Qualifications

    • BS degree in Human Resource, Business, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
    • Prior HR experience, preferably in recruiting (2-3 years)
    • Fluent Romanian and English
    • Direct sourcing and/or recruitment agency experience is strongly preferred
    • Good understanding of technology and innovative solutions within the TA environment
    • Prior experience working with applicant tracking systems is preferred
    • Experience working in a highly metric driven environment with a strong focus on results is preferred
    • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Must have experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and social media/networking sites
    • Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment process activities like selection techniques, direct sourcing and diversity recruiting
    • Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills
    • In depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is desired
