What You Will Achieve
You’ll have a key role to play in an organization that has people at its heart. The Security Analyst is part of the GBS Colleague Services Solutions organization and is primarily responsible for supporting various teams in Workday configuration with an emphasis in security configuration, process documentation & maintenance and compliance monitoring. The position is a Global role that will report to the Workday Solutions Lead.
As a Senior Associate, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing important deliverables on time. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will make it easy to manage difficult issues and help in establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It
Document and validate Workday Security requirements
Coordinate, review and configure change requests for Workday Security configurations
Troubleshoot and resolve Workday Security issues
Manage periodic review and recertification of Workday Access
Maintain Workday Security configurations in Non-Production Tenants
Monitor Security mailboxes and respond to queries.
Maintain Security documentation, SOPs
Performing monitoring Security controls and record evidences
Create and run Workday reports for Data quality/Integrity issues
Other cross team responsibilities including ticket resolution, report analysis & validation
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
3+ years of IT and or HR Operations experience
1-2 years of HR Data Architecture / HR Operations experience, preferably with Workday and with large multi-national organization(s)
1+ years hands-on Workday HCM experience in Workday Security and Reporting
Ability to work with various teams and projects in a highly matrixed environment and various Third Party Providers
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in a global cross-functional team environment.
Proficiency in Office 365 applications
Knowledge of HR or/and HR processes Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and partnering skills with both technical and functional end users.
Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Capacity to work independently and operate in a fast-paced environment as part of a Global Team
Ability to work Monday to Friday in a global environment which will require occasional off-hours conference calls
Nice-to-Have
Demonstrated aptitude to quickly learn new systems and processes
Demonstrated experience in partnering with and/or managing people from diverse populations – with particular on- and offshore delivery model experience
Workday Certification(s)
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to perform technical issue resolution in a complex multi-vendor cloud systems environment, under pressure
