    Position summary

    Position Purpose

    • Vaccine is launching several products in 2024 potentially contributing to over 2.2million citizens in Japan and will be the key growth driver for Pfizer Japan
    • This position, reporting directly and working closely with the Vaccine Japan Lead, will algin strategies for the external affairs and communications for these launch products to ensure aligned external stakeholder engagement and communication
    • Through aligned communication this position will also strategize the communication so as to improve acceptance of widely available vaccination
    • Non-Customer Facing position: The position will develop strategy, closely working with Vaccine Leadership Team, to enhance customer experience through aligned communication strategy and ensure efficiency across the launch teams

    Responsibility

    • Coordinate horizontally each Access Project led by each Task Force Team for launches and coordinate development of roadmaps and milestones for each project
    • Clarify overlaps in external stakeholders, communication, and actions across the projects
    • Develop and manage strategy to deliver the best customer experience through alignment for external stakeholder engagement and communication
    • Monitor each project’s progress and milestones and continue replanning alignment as each project strategy and progress are revisited
    • Develop high level communication strategy for external stakeholders including the authority, media, and citizen to improve understanding of importance of vaccination
    • Work with Vaccine related trade association to improve environment of vaccination through communication

    Desired Skill Set

    Experience and Background

    • 5 or more years of experiences in project managements
    • Experience in developing external communication is preferred
    • Experience working in pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not a must

    • Multitasking skills to manage multiple important projects
    • Ability to work cross functionally
