ROLE SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the management and performance of the designated product by developing commercial strategies that maximize business opportunities in vaccine market based on clear understanding of TA objectives and strategic directions.
This position reports directly to Vaccines Marketing Lead and works closely with other related functions (e.g. sales, medical, legal, public affairs & policy, etc) Vaccines Marketing Lead supervises this position for his/her further development.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Planning & Implementation
Drives brand strategy and interactions, leveraging customer insights along the journey
Support to develop tactical plans and POAs for designated products
Adopts best practices for omnichannel marketing activities to improve efficiency
Develop tactics to communicate brand messages effectively and efficiently to customers, with interconnected and consistent provider journeys across solutions
Develop rapidly-created, agile and modular content using available tools
Sharpen customer segmentation and execution of marketing mix
Market Data Analytics
Analyzes and interprets market data from a range of sources (including primary and secondary market research) to ensure that knowledge is up to date and appropriate for decision making
Rapidly adjusts engagement approach based on new insights from global dashboards, tracking/reporting of metrics and KPIs
Expense Management
Work with Field Force
Works effectively with field force to develop, implement and monitor strategies to achieve budgets
Develop best practices by leveraging go to market solutions in HCP engagement
Cross-divisional Teamwork
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree or above
Preferably at least 1 years of marketing experience in pharmaceuticals
Digital marketing experience is a plus
Excellent verbal & written communication skill both in Korean & English
Excellent presentation, communication and leadership skills
Mid to high level of MS office skills(Excel, Work, PowerPoint)
