About the role

The VAM (Virtual Account Manager) is an innovative and demand generating role for Pfizer medicines in rheumatology, gastroenterology and dermatology. Based on account analysis you interact directly with selected customers via virtual channels and/or personally (not less than 60% of time is dedicated to virtual communication). You are responsible for pro-actively providing relevant product and service-related information and engage with customers to ensure early awareness of all (clinical) benefits of selected products of the Inflammation and Immunology portfolio.

Main responsibilities

• Responsible for face-to-face and virtual communication with selected customers on brand messages and product information
• Expert role in using virtual and digital detailing and different communication tools and channels
• Good knowledge of customer related data and drives communication and channel type selection for the identified target customers
• Acts as key point of contact for seamless and compliant reactive only connection to subject matter experts and resources
• Ensures customer management and administrative systems/processes are maintained and updated to ensure an accurate record availability  
• Ensures optimal information delivery based on selected customers’ needs

About you

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in life science, or related degrees
• Ideally 1-3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or relevant experience in the Dutch market
• Good knowledge of virtual communication tools and ability to communicate effectively
• Dutch (C1) & English (B2)
• Driving license B
