    Position summary

    主要职责:

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    与跨职能部门(会计团队、业务团队等)合作,及时准确地建立年度预算/月度滚动预测/每周预测更新,包括完整的损益表、营运资金和其他统计数据。确保财务预算/预测与业务关键战略和驱动因素一致,突出风险和机遇以及对策。将数据提交到HFM和OneStream,并与上次预算进行差异分析。

    Work with cross functions ( accounting team, business team, etc.) to build up annual budget/monthly rolling forecast/weekly forecast update timely and accurately, including full P&L, working capital, and other statistics data. Ensure financial budget/forecast align with business key strategy & drivers, highlight risk and opportunity together with countermeasure. Submit data into HFM and OneStream, and provide variance analysis vs. prior forecast.

    Timely and accurately submit monthly closing reports to Corporate and DHR China, work with cross functions ( accounting team, business team, etc.) to provide variance analysis, identify the key drivers, highlight risk and opportunity together with countermeasure.

    每月成本中心费用的滚动预测,定期跟踪,严格控制,与成本中心负责人积极沟通,并关注细节。从间接成本节约方面寻求更多机会来提高利润。Power BI费用报告数据维护,持续改进,可视化数据分析。

    Monthly cost center expense rolling forecast, regularly track, strictly control, actively communicate with cost center owners, and pay attention to details. Seek more opportunities from indirect cost saving respect to benefit operating profit. Power BI expense report data maintenance, continuous improvement, and visual data analysis.

    每月进行销售价格分析,以支持利润率和销售改进策略,向销售总监/产品经理/人力资源团队提供准确的结果和洞察。Power BI价格分析报告的数据维护,持续改进,以及可视化数据分析。

    Monthly price realization analysis to support margin and sales improvement strategy, provide accurate result and insight to Sales Director/Product Manager/HR team. Power BI price report data maintenance, continuous improvement, and visual data analysis.

    月度KPI的输入和追踪,差异分析,趋势分析。

    Monthly KPI input and track, variance analysis vs. plan, trend analysis.

    识别业务中遇到的风险和机会,并提出缓解风险的对策。为业务决策提供有价值的见解。

    Identify risks and opportunities encountered in the business and propose countermeasures to mitigate risks. Give valuable insights for business decision.

    财务相关的IT工具开发的支持。

    Support for financial related IT tool development.

    支持内审工作。

    Internal Audit support.

    临时分析和经理分配的其他工作。

    Ad-hoc analysis and other work assigned by manager.

    任职要求:

    EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

    全日制本科及以上学历,财务或会计相关专业。会计中级职称及以上。

    Full time bachelor degree or above, major in finance or accounting. Intermediate professional title of accountant or above.

    至少五年制造业公司财务工作经验,其中财务预算分析工作经验不少于两年,有良好的商业意识,扎实的专业知识和业务分析经验。

    5+ years financial relevant work experience, including 2+ years FP&A experience in manufacturing company. Good business sense, solid professional knowledge and business analysis experience.

    良好的英语能力,英语可作为工作语言。

    Good English ability, English can be used as working language.

    熟练使用Excel和PowerPoint进行数据分析,图表制作和分析模型的建立。

    Skillfully use Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, chart making and analysis model establishment.

    有使用Power BI或其他数据可视化或分析工具的经验优先。

    Experience with Power BI or other data visualization or analysis tools is preferred.

    有使用微软AX,HFM,OneStream的经验优先。

    Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, HFM, OneStream is preferred.

    良好的商业分析和洞察能力,逻辑思维能力,分析能力,快速学习能力。

    Good business analysis and insight ability, logical thinking ability, analytical ability and fast learning ability.

    工作积极主动,有较强的责任心和抗压能力,良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力。

    Proactive in work, strong work commitment and can work under pressure, good communication skill and teamwork ability.

    有推动业务流程改进,自动化,标准化的热情和经验。

    Enthusiasm and experience in business process improvement, automation and standardization.
