  • Partner closely with Talent Brand, Recruiters, Sourcers and Events team to understand specific needs and develop effective outbound campaigns
  • Analyze success of CRM campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance
  • Act as subject matter expert to recruiting team to design drip and nurture CRM campaigns
  • Partner with recruiting to develop talent communities within the CRM tool and map the candidate and alumni journey to determine the best opportunities to maximize messaging and impact
  • Partner with Recruiting and Recruiting Operations on the identification and assessment of a CRM tool capable of creating compelling messaging and deep real-time reporting capabilities
  • Analyze and monitor both recruitment marketing and non-recruiting related trends both domestically and internationally

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success using a CRM in either B2B or B2C marketing efforts
  • 5+ years of experience executing targeted marketing communication
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, audience segmentation and A/B testing
