As a Senior Partner Measurement Lead, you’ll help the Sales team, Advertisers and Agency partners understand and improve the effectiveness of their advertising on Pinterest.  You’ll act as an advocate, strategist, and thought leader for ad measurement at Pinterest. You’ll be tasked with developing and executing a sustainable and effective support model that meets the needs of the field partner managers and advertising partners. Your deep knowledge of the measurement industry, evolving ad-/mar-tech space and insight into the needs of the Field advertiser will help influence Pinterest’s internal roadmap for measurement and ad products. 

What you’ll do:

  • Assist in defining and align with key stakeholders on the Canada Field Measurement strategy and support model. Own Canada Field KPIs and performance.
  • Mentor, motivate, coach and guide managers of Measurement Leads to execute the strategy and support model. Own operational KPIs and team performance for Canada.
  • Identify opportunities to implement initiatives to improve operations in order to scale and advance operational KPIs.
  • Own key initiatives from conception to implementation to increase our ability to deliver high quality measurement support at scale, including but not limited to playbooks, best practices and thought leadership.
  • Improve overall measurement comprehension and adoption through training, education programs. Engage in strategic conversations with CMOs and advertiser’s senior stakeholders to challenge and influence measurement practices.

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of digital marketing analytics or advertising measurement experience.
  • 4+ years of experience managing teams.
  • Proven ability to craft and execute business strategy.
  • Strong familiarity with professional services (e.g. business consulting, advisory services) operating models.
  • Extensive client facing experience working directly with advertisers and/or media agencies on measurement and marketing analytics; experience managing teams doing the same.
  • Track record of recruiting and developing talent.
  • A bias towards continuous improvement, scale and passion for reinventing the status quo. 
  • A team player with a track record of working well with others and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and lead in a distributed (and virtual) environment.
  • Experience with SQL highly preferred.
