We’re looking for our first Technical Sourcer in Mexico to establish and scale our new Engineering teams in our Pinterest Mexico office. You’ll partner with our Engineering Managers and Technical Recruiters in Mexico to build talent pipelines for our highest priority Engineering roles in the market. You’ll use tools and data to create targeted recruiting strategies to engage candidates in the region and establish our employer brand. As the first Sourcer in Mexico, you'll help build our local recruiting function and will play a critical role in our growth as we continue scaling Pinterest in Mexico.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to understand our hiring needs
• Identify, engage, and manage candidates that align to our needs
• Use data and tools to continuously improve our overall effectiveness at sourcing candidates
• Strategically plan and build pipeline for hard-to-fill roles in Mexico
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry

What we’re looking for:

• Experience sourcing and engaging candidates for engineering positions
• Effective and persuasive communicator who can evaluate candidates and articulate what makes Pinterest unique
• General knowledge of major applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Gem, etc.), with strong operational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to proactively network and establish working relationships with candidates and hiring partners
• Strong analytical skills - able to use data to inform your sourcing strategy and influence others
• Flexibility to contribute across various parts of the recruiting process and programs
