Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of the quarterly forecast by partnering with business and corporate contacts; includes consolidation of forecast across regions/business units, preparation of quarterly review presentations to senior management with a focus on business drivers and submission of forecast to PGIM/Corporate (supplementals and variance analysis)
• Help driven financial analysis and reporting enhancements useful to business partners
• Support new product profitability analysis
• Contribute to additional projections and presentations as needed
• Emphasis on process efficiency, data validation and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to drive process improvement
• Highly proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal, communication and partnering skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of prior work experience in Planning/Forecasting or Financial Reporting role
• Proven ability to analyze data and underlying drivers of financial results
• Experience with business analytics and data visualization, i.e. Tableau, Power BI

Comments:

• Overtime required during peak reporting periods and quarterly forecasts
• Specific responsibilities for the position could vary based on subsequent business needs

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $86,300.00 to $128,400.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
