Treasury proactively manages Prudential’s capital and liquidity resources to drive business outcomes and deliver on promises to our stakeholders.
The Capital Planning Team in Treasury currently has an opening for an Associate Manager. Your role on this team will support senior management and other business partners in assessing capital adequacy for our US Insurance Companies and Corporate & Other Segment (all corporate operations and divested businesses including Long-Term Care). Your role will include managing the internal capital assessment framework called “Required Capital” for the C&O segment, as well as PICA legal entity rightsizing.

Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing the consolidation of capital and cashflows for the Corporate & Other segment on a forecast and reported basis
Prepare and present multi-year forecasts, liquidity stress testing results and other strategic initiatives to senior management
Review capital adequacy of the US Insurance Businesses
Opportunity to manage
Development of various ad-hoc analysis and presentations for senior management
Assist with working toward efficient processes
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury field preferred
Strong financial analysis and analytical skills
Familiarity with GAAP and statutory accounting principles desirable
Solid interpersonal and communications skills and ability to interact with all levels of management. Strong collaborative skills as role requires cross functional collaboration
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred (MBA and/or CPA/CFA is a plus)

The salary range for this role is from $86,300.00 to $128,400.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
