The Treasury Department is looking for an Associate Manager to join our world-class team and to bring out the best in each other and serve as catalysts to develop strategic solutions that are critical in allowing Prudential to fulfill its customer commitments. Treasury proactively manages Prudential’s capital, liquidity and banking resources to drive business outcomes and deliver on promises to our stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be expected to partner across multiple Treasury disciplines and has opportunities to collaborate with various businesses and functions (including Finance and Actuarial, the Chief Investment Office and Enterprise Risk Management) across the broader Prudential community and gain exposure to senior management.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily liquidity monitoring, including early warning indicator reporting, and short-term cash forecasting
Partner and strengthen relationships with all banks and financial institutions
Support initiatives to enable growth, measure financial strength and rating agency issues
Monitor treasury operational policies and ensure compliance with the organization’s internal controls, policies & procedures
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal business partners and ensure partnership to achieve corporate objectives
Manage complex cross-functional projects to optimize the capital, liquidity and financial benefits for business and products
Develop and maintain documentation around capital and liquidity as well as transaction specific documentation and presentations
Further the department’s use and adoption of advanced technology and reporting tools
Qualifications:
At least two to five years of work experience in finance, accounting or treasury field
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred (MBA and/or CFA is a plus)
Strong analytical skills, with knowledge of funding, liquidity and derivatives
Experienced in handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Solid interpersonal and communications skills and ability to interact with all levels of management
Strong collaborative skills as role requires cross functional collaboration
Team player, but ability to be productive independently
Proficiency with reporting tools, such as Power BI and Tableau, and other automation software is a plus
Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $83,300.00 to $124,000.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
