    Position summary

    omo el cumplimiento de actividad y metas en sus primeros dos años con el fin de que se desempeñen como Promotores en desarrollo de acuerdo a las normas y estándares de Prudential y se cumplan las metas mensuales y acumuladas.

    Diseñar malla de capacitación para promotores tener las herramientas necesarias para dar la mejor capacitación

    Perfil del Puesto

    • Lic. en Administración / Mercadotecnia

    • Inglés intermedio.

    • Reclutamiento de fuerza de ventas de Seguros, conocimiento de evaluaciones de perfil y psicométricas en el mercado.

    • Experiencia en el sector de seguros de vida 5 años.

    • Experiencia en áreas comerciales 5 años.
