Here is What You Can Expect on a Typical Day
Oversee project and operational work, while guiding and transferring knowledge to more junior team members
Leverage Security Operations and tool/process specific knowledge as well as organizational and industry knowledge to resolve complex technical/process/people problems
Partner with leadership to set direction for the future of Security Operations program, while ensuring an accurate understanding and in-depth knowledge of daily operations to enhance and improve information security processes and controls
Develop and implement policies and procedures related to identity and access management
Monitor compliance trends with policies, regulations, and customer requirements related to identity and access management
Support Post Incident Review processes related to identity and access management and recommend corrective actions
Provide guidance and training to employees on identity and access management policies and procedures
The Skills & Expertise You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity risk management, with a focus on identity and access management.
Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.
Experience defining and implementing identity and access management policies and procedures.
Experience conducting risk assessments and developing risk management plans related to identity and access management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Significant experience and/or deep expertise with several of the following:
NIST and ISO 27000 Standards
Identity and Access Management
Information Security Risk Assessment processes
Vulnerability and Compliance Monitoring processes and tools
Privileged access request creation, approval and provisioning processes
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

The salary range for this role is from $148,800.00 to $201,200.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
