    Position summary

    s and other market influencers to generate leads and sales opportunities.

    • Educate market participants on the benefits of structured settlements, with a focus on Income Advantage, through phone/email outreach, direct engagement, and conference participation.

    • Prepare and assist in the preparation of Income Advantage illustrations and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.

    • As applicable, assist structured settlement consultants in closing transactions by providing subject matter expertise.

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.

    • Stay informed on industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes.

    • Meet or exceed sales targets.

    Candidate Profile:

    • Minimum of 5 years in insurance industry with experience in sales or client/relationship management. Knowledge of structured settlements is a plus.

    • Willingness to travel 50% to 75% of the time for client meetings and industry events.

    • Ability to obtain all necessary licenses required for the role.

    • Demonstrated ability to enhance and build strong relationships.

    • Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).

    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and client service.

    • Familiarity with our team's culture, systems, and internal processes.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
