Sustainability at Prudential:
Prudential is a purpose-led business with a history of pioneering action on sustainability topics that reflect our accountability to shareholders, employees, customers, and society. We are proud to be consistently ranked by Fortune Magazine as one of the World’s Most Admired Companies and by Ethisphere Institute® as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies for eight consecutive years. We have published comprehensive ESG reports since 2012 and continue to invest in the people, systems, and processes to deliver transparency and action on sustainability. In recognition of the rising importance of sustainability issues to our stakeholders, Prudential is undertaking further investments in our sustainability practices in the U.S. and globally. In 2022, Prudential launched a centralized and expanded Sustainability Office within External Affairs to coordinate and implement an integrated, enterprise-wide strategy that will elevate the company’s ESG focus.
Prudential’s Sustainability Office is seeking an experienced corporate sustainability reporting professional to make a lasting impact by elevating the company’s ESG reporting to support strategic decision-making and global stakeholder engagement. The Director, Sustainability Reporting will lead and refresh our sustainability reporting strategy, the production of sustainability reports and disclosures, the alignment of disclosures across our global operations, and the enhancement of ESG data collection processes and controls.
