    Position summary

    Role Summary

    PGIM Investments is a diversified distributor of asset management capabilities, with over 100 actively managed funds globally. Our leadership team welcomes new ideas and challenging the status-quo and are committed to developing talent for long-term success. We are seeking a Manager in Financial Reporting to join our team. This person will be accountable to the Head of Finance for the financial oversight of the Dublin based ManCo and limited partnerships among other responsibilites.

    Responsibilities

    The position’s responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

    • Complete month and quarter end bookkeeping process for the AIFM by producing financial reports and analysis
    • Support the delivery of the annual statutory accounts for the AIFM
    • Delivery of regulatory reporting
    • Work closely with the Tax team to ensure accurate reporting of tax balances and returns
    • Review and provide support for VAT returns
    • Monitor cash balances, branch results and group AP/AR functions
    • Liaise with finance colleagues to ensure transfer pricing entries are within policy
    • Collation of finance data from branch network in Europe
    • Support local CEO and department/branch heads on any extra duties as assigned

    Qualifications, Skills & Experience

    Background Requirements (Education/qualifications/previous experience, etc.)

    • Qualified Accountant with 3+ years PQE
    • Previous experience in Accounting role
    • Strong technical accounting experience in regulatory and statutory reporting
    • Prior experience managing senior stakeholders and reporting to a board a benefit
    • Ability to meet strict deadlines
    • Ability to build relationships across sectors
    • Strong presentation and communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills required with the ability to multitask and effectively prioritize
    • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and adjust priorities as needed
    • Superior analytical skills, accuracy and careful attention to detail are essential
    • Experience with Oracle and One Source a benefit
