OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
Generar, implementar, gestionar, estrategias de desarrollo para agentes transitorios. Para lograr que se consoliden como promotores y que adquieran los conocimientos y habilidades de venta para el desarrollo de agentes de los futuros promotores.
FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO
Generar tácticas comerciales y de entrenamiento a agentes transitorios para contar con el desarrollo adecuado y el logro de objetivos.
Implementar, la estrategia de Desarrollo a nivel nacional, para contar con un modelo homólogo que garantice los estándares que el negocio busca.
Gestionar el equipo de ejecutivos de Desarrollo en campo, con el fin de asegurar que los agentes transitorios cuentan con los conocimientos y habilidades de venta para desarrollar a sus futuros agentes en su alta como promotor.
PERFIL DEL PUESTO
Escolaridad: Licenciatura en administración
Inglés: Básico
Conocimiento Técnicos: Metodología de venta de intangibles, desarrollo de equipos, office
Experiencia Laboral:
Desarrollo de agentes – 1 Año
Venta de Seguros – 2 Años
