PGIM Central Compliance provides compliance support to the PGIM organization by:
monitoring and supporting the compliance program for the PGIM centralized functional units, including ensuring the activities of PGIM associates are in accordance with Prudential's and PGIM’s policies governing such areas of individual conduct as personal securities trading, gifts, travel, and entertainment; pay-to-play regulations, insider information, and conflicts of interest; conducting required monitoring and testing of compliance risks according to the Compliance Risk Management Program providing compliance support for global PGIM marketing efforts maintaining current and appropriate PGIM compliance policies and procedures. leading coordinated efforts with respect to regulatory and contractual requirements, including requisite regulatory filings. developing and deploying compliance training. serving as a general resource for resolving legal and interpretive issues relating to the asset management function. providing project management for cross business unit compliance initiatives; and seeking and implementing ways to continuously improve the PGIM Compliance program.
PGIM Central Compliance has a Manager level position available. The Manager will support the compliance program of the PGIM centralized functional units and work closely with the various PGIM business and corporate compliance teams regarding the regulatory and compliance requirements associated with a registered investment advisor who must also comply with various investment adviser, investment company, broker-dealer and insurance regulations.
Principal Responsibilities:
Project management for implementation of new/revised rules and regulations, global compliance programs, and Compliance transformation initiatives, (including any associated technology platforms) in the investment advisory space. Includes, among other things:
Leadership for various regulatory disclosures filings (Form ADV, Forms PF, Canadian regulatory, etc.). which requires working knowledge of all applicable investment advisory rules and regulations to serve as a resource for developing, implementing and communicating guidance to business partners.
Management and development of compliance data analytics and metrics from varied, global source systems. Metrics include: personal securities trading, gift & entertainment, training, marketing review, among others.
Compliance Risk Management Program and Rule 206(4)-7 testing for the PGIM central functions. Includes:

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $108,000.00 to $160,700.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
