Our Role:
We are looking for a collaborative, inquisitive, and analytical professional like you to fulfill the role of Manager within the PGIM Global Human Resources Compensation and Analytics team. You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues from around the world and gain exposure to HR data and practices across different geographies. You will envision and create innovative solutions in support of PGIM’s dynamic business strategy as well as manage established HR analytical processes. Responsibilities include working with internal partners and clients to execute initiatives and creatively solve the assigned PGIM businesses’ people-related data and compensation challenges. You will design and manage and headcount, talent and compensation reporting analytics, compensation expense forecasting, and the year-end rewards process. The ideal candidate will partner with the wider Analytics and Compensation team, PGIM HR business partners, PGIM Finance, Corporate Compensation, and Business Management teams to design, streamline, and execute a wide variety of people-related processes, analytics, and forecasts such as promotions, diversity, workforce activity, and compensation expenses as well as manage ad-hoc requests.

Technical skills:
Experience producing executive-ready analytics, dashboards, and presentations to influence decision-making around people-related strategies.
Ability to prioritize and simultaneously execute on multiple projects with varied deadlines
Strong relationship-building, partnering, influencing, interpersonal and collaborative skills
Accuracy and attention to detail, balanced with the ability to see the big picture.
Excellent work ethic and self-motivated; able to manage work in a high-volume, fast paced environment, juggle multiple priorities and flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
7 – 10 years of experience in Human Resources analytics and/or compensation

The salary range for this role is from $116,600 to $173,580. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
