    Our Role:

    We are looking for a collaborative, inquisitive, and analytical professional like you to fulfill the role of Manager within the PGIM Global Human Resources Compensation and Analytics team. You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues from around the world and gain exposure to HR data and practices across different geographies.  You will envision and create innovative solutions in support of PGIM’s dynamic business strategy as well as manage established HR analytical processes.  Responsibilities include working with internal partners and clients to execute initiatives and creatively solve the assigned PGIM businesses’ people-related data and compensation challenges. You will design and manage and headcount, talent and compensation reporting analytics, compensation expense forecasting, and the year-end rewards process.  The ideal candidate will partner with the wider Analytics and Compensation team, PGIM HR business partners, PGIM Finance, Corporate Compensation, and Business Management teams to design, streamline, and execute a wide variety of people-related processes, analytics, and forecasts such as promotions, diversity, workforce activity, and compensation expenses as well as manage ad-hoc requests.

    Your Impact:

    • Partner with assigned PGIM businesses’ HR, Finance and Corporate Compensation teams to:
      • Develop and oversee a streamlined approach for headcount and compensation expense analytics including accruals, modeling, and forecasting for investment professional, sales, and corporate staff.
      • Manage and execute year-end reward processes for assigned PGIM businesses including compensation (salary, short-term and long-term incentives), promotions, and performance management.
      • Advise HR and business leaders on various year-end outcomes and proposals, by modeling scenarios, monitoring to plan, and developing decision-making tools and reports for leadership.
    • Visualize data and build scorecards/dashboards and executive presentations that identify insights and trends on key metrics that impact decisions and support PGIM business strategies.
    • Manage ad-hoc requests and provide day-to-day reporting, analytics and compensation support to HR business partners and business clients.
    • Take a proactive and consultative approach, ask the right questions to understand stakeholder needs, develop an understanding of the assigned PGIM businesses and partner across teams to solve data-related challenges.
    • Support implementation of PGIM compensation application, including testing and transition

    Your Required Skills:

    • Curious and creative; develop innovative approaches to solving data-related challenges and improve ways of working. 

    • Excellent analytical and data analysis skills; the ability to tell a story and derive insight from analysis to impact business decisions.

    • Technical skills:

      • Strong Microsoft Excel (VBA, VLOOKUP, SUMIFs, Nesting, Power Pivot Tables, Charts)
      • Exposure to Power BI and/or other data analytics/visualization tools and willingness to increase skill level
    • Experience producing executive-ready analytics, dashboards, and presentations to influence decision-making around people-related strategies.

    • Ability to prioritize and simultaneously execute on multiple projects with varied deadlines

    • Strong relationship-building, partnering, influencing, interpersonal and collaborative skills

    • Accuracy and attention to detail, balanced with the ability to see the big picture.

    • Excellent work ethic and self-motivated; able to manage work in a high-volume, fast paced environment, juggle multiple priorities and flexibility to work extended hours as needed.

    • 7 – 10 years of experience in Human Resources analytics and/or compensation

    • Bachelor’s Degree

    Your Desired Skills:

    • Financial services industry, asset management, and/or global experience
    • Experience with the Prudential Human Resources application (Workday) and/or HR Compensation applications
    • Experience with Microsoft Access and Microsoft PowerPoint

    Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $116,600 to $173,580. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
