    Position summary

    The Lease and Infrastructure team of PGIM Private Capital (PPC) is seeking a bright and organized individual to support the group to successfully execute transactions and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

    Your Impact:

    • Business liaison to external and internal parties working alongside the deal teams to process closings, including compiling, and overseeing deal closing checklists / deliverables, corresponding with internal and external parties, processing information in our systems, assisting in construction monitoring/close outs, payment issues.
    • Ensure accurate and complete deal documentation, working with legal resources as needed
    • Conduct market research to identify business contacts for targeted outreach; find prospects; oversee marketing material creation process
    • Leverage technology (Salesforce, Power BI) for business contact management and reporting to assist in the teams’ business development efforts
    • Assist with the development of effective presentations and periodic updates for management
    • Contribute to multiple projects concurrently, drive execution and implementation of business objectives
    • Ad-hoc requests as needed

    Your Required Skills:

    • 4+ years of experience in a deal support role
    • Financial Services administration experience is a plus
    • Salesforce experience is a plusBachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables independently and within defined timelines
    • Proactive self-starter with ability to work autonomously
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communications skills
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
    • Collaborative with a hands-on, “team player” approach
    • Experience in developing and presenting information to peers and management

    Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations.

    The salary range for this role is from $54,000 to $81,000.    Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
