    PGIM Quantitative Solutions (PGIM Quant) manages quantitative equity and global multi-asset solutions as part of PGIM. Our culture is inclusive and collaborative.     PGIM Quant is looking for a Sales Support Account Manager to join their North America Investment Sales team. This role will act as a pivotal member of the sales team providing continuous sales office support for our regional team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate across PGIM Quant partnering with different business lines keeping a pulse on activities while influencing positions and initiatives
    • Assist sales team in representing PGIM Quant in critical relationships with major clients, consultants and internal business partners, i.e., marketing, portfolio management, etc.
    • Developing and translate initiatives into formal presentations; present findings and/or translate data points into corporate presentations
    • Able to clearly and easily communicate complex ideas
    • Provide market intelligence on investment and industry trends
    • Provide post-conference follow up as indicated by team
    • Coordinate presentations and pitchbooks for distribution for offsite meetings
    • Responsible for managing and maintain monthly sales forecast

    Your Required Skills:

    • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
    • 3-5 years work experience in the financial services industry; asset management organization experience preferred
    • Experience in supporting a sales team a plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to relate to professionals at various levels within the firm, client organization and consultants
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and troubleshoot while ensuring deliverables are met in a timely manner
    • Ability to multi-task, thrive in a deadline driven environment with a proven commitment to turning in consistently high quality work
    • Strong work ethic, with a high level of integrity, drive for results and flexibility
    • Experience using Salesforce preferred
    • Expert Excel and PowerPoint skills with an ability to translate data into captivating presentations
    • Pro-active, self-starter with the natural ability to partner across a matrix organization
    • Series 7 & 63 a plus

    Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations:

    The salary range for this role is from $90,000 to $125,000.    Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
