Our Role:
PGIM Real Estate is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer/Architect who creates specifications, architects’ solutions, defines logic, performs coding as well.
This role develops specifications of extremely complex software programming application. May define the logic, perform the coding, test and debug programs. Responsible for components of the overall operating system or complex sub-systems of the operating systems, such as sophisticated file management routines, large telecommunications networks, and administrative and statistical software packages, performance evaluation and enhancements. Performs related duties as assigned or requested. May lead teams or projects. Collaborate with Client business representatives to capture business requirements. Prototype new solutions. Support detailed QA Testing of solutions. Prepare and deploy CRM Solutions to Test and Production environments. The role can be based in our Newark NJ office.
Your Impact/Responsibilities:
1. All aspects of Salesforce Administration including:
Security Administration - Users, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing rules,…etc. Schema Administration - Objects, fields, field level security, page layouts,…etc.
2. Development customization:
Create and maintain Triggers, Apex Classes, Lightning Components, VF pages, SOQL Queries, VS code, Reports and Report Types. Use of No Code components – Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules Ability to implement simple and complex Salesforce Approval processes Ability to design, develop and manage Lightning Web Components and Aura components. Experience with version control/change management tool s is a plus. Copado, Bit bucket, ANT etc.
3. SDLC/Release management
Working in an Agile environment using Jira Managing Sandboxes - code deployments across environments Maintain comparability with all Salesforce vendor releases.
4. Operational Support of all Salesforce based solutions
5. Direct communication with Business users to define/prototype/build solutions in support of business requirements.

The salary range for this role is from $170,000 to $185,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
