    Here is your chance to make an impact in a strategic role as a Process Management Specialist, HR Operations. In this role you will be part of a highly collaborative, consultative, and globally focused HR Operations team. This role will support Talent Acquisition Operations by leveraging business knowledge and operations best practices to enhance the employee and candidate experience.  You will identify improvement opportunities, influence change and consultatively execute on several critical Talent Acquisition processes, focused on tech enabled solutions. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze and improve existing interview scheduling and pre-boarding process methods and workflow to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, or discontinuance.
    • Research best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data.
    • Leverage technical aptitude and curiosity to seek and identify technologies that support and enhance talent acquisition operational processes.
    • Serve as the subject matter expert in interview scheduling process and background check policies, procedures, and adjudication guidelines.
    • Plan, design, and implement new operational enterprise processes.
    • Ensure Talent Acquisition operation process methods and workflow are in alignment with the strategic direction of the organization.
    • Manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) and templates to implement policy or process changes to ensure consistency and compliance across the interview scheduling and preboarding function.
    • Support process enhancements and configurations within recruiting domain of Workday. Participate in requirements analysis, process design and user acceptance testing to ensure processes are customer focused, consistent, and effective.

    Required Skills, Competencies, and Education:

    • BA/BS from an accredited college/university preferred
    • Experience in Talent Acquisition coordination and full-cycle recruitment process
    • Excellent project and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and

    deadlines

    • Experience leading process changes in Workday, including process design, building requirements, and user acceptance testing
    • Proven ability to work and think independently, applying excellent judgement to solve complex problems
    • Proven success in evolving the customer experience, process optimization and leveraging new technology solutions
    • History of scaling operations through process simplification and automation to drive efficiencies where feasible
    • Strong verbal and written communication, data management and analytical skills
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Teams
    • Exceptional organization and execution skills
    • Success in building relationships, at all levels of the organization
    • Location: Newark, NJ , hybrid work arrangement

    Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $79,900.00 to $118,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
