    Prudential is seeking a technical Program Manager to join our growing Offensive Security team. The Offensive Security team takes a proactive and adversarial approach to protecting Prudential. The Offensive Security team is responsible for participating in Prudential’s penetration testing, responsible disclosure, bug bounty, red team, and vulnerability validation operations across the global enterprise. As a Program Manager on the team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating these efforts with key stake holders. This includes managing the life cycle of pen tests, responsible disclosures, and red team exercises. You will be looked upon to utilize strong planning and communication skills to align key stake holders in the organization to ensure proper alignment and delivery on the program’s objectives.

    What You'll Do
    • Manage and coordinate the penetration testing efforts provided by the Offensive Security team.
    • Develop, measure, and track metrics to guide the team’s delivery against our program objectives.
    • Coordinate and manage third-party pen testing and red team engagements.
    • Work with the team to build and manage the program objectives and roadmap.
    • Work with external security researchers through our VDP and bug bounty programs to assess risk and provide/orchestrate remediation of reported security issues.
    • Align deliverables and dependencies across multiple cross functional teams.
    • Utilize a metrics driven approach to identify and implement improvements to current and new processes.

    Key Qualifications
    • BS or BA degree or relevant work experience, preferably in Operations Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
    • Experience with project delivery for large, cross functional security and technology projects.
    • Experience in any of the following fields:
    • DevOps
    • Penetration Testing
    • Risk Management
    • Information Security
    • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and hold team members accountable
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, specifically on technical topics. The work the Offensive Security team does is highly technical and consumed by a number of different audiences. Being able to bridge the gap and communicate effectively to these audiences will be invaluable and ultimately lead to a decrease in cyber risk
    • Experience managing information security projects, with deep technical knowledge in the security domain.
    • Experience managing third party engagements.
    • Proven self-motivated individual with a strong attention to details and an ability to navigate ambiguous situations to delivery high quality products.

    Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $126,000.00 to $187,400.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
