    Position summary

    The current Employee Work Arrangement for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis at least twice per week. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.

    What you can expect:

    • Monitoring of a shared mailbox and responding to landlord, tenant, and subtenant inquiries in a timely manner.

    • Working with CRE's Transactions Managers and Finance team to ensure lease activities are processed accurately and timely within real estate and finance IT systems.

    • Assisting in the collection, filing, and dissemination of lease related documentation.

    • Assisting with lease financial operations, including, but not limited to reviewing and processing rent payments and collections, reconciliations, and financial inquiries.

    • Act as a liaison between internal partners, system developers, and external landlords/tenants.

    • Auditing, investigating, and fixing data errors.

    • Supporting internal and external reporting requirements.

    What you'll need:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or another relevant field.

    • Must be self-motivated with excellent time management skills and work with minimal supervision.

    • Service oriented mindset and quick to react to and resolve issues and inquiries.

    • Strong problem-solving and verbal/written communications skills.

    • Financially and technologically savvy.

    It'd be a plus if you had:

    • An understanding of lease administration, as well as a good understanding of financial and accounting processes and procedures.

    • Working knowledge of CRE systems (e.g., TRIRIGA and Oracle ERP).

The salary range for this role is from $71,100.00 to $105,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
