Prudential Private Capital: 2023 Alternatives Fund Operations Internship Program

The internship program will run from Monday, June 5th, 2023, to Friday, August 11th, 2023.

Your Day to Day:
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Providing cash management support including cash analysis for deal fundings, subscription line borrowings/repayments and capital call needs across various fund entities
Executing cash settlements for expense invoices, forward contract settlements and transfers between entities to position cash for deal fundings
Tracking organizational expenses in support of a new fund’s fundraising efforts
Assist in the review of investor communications including capital activity and quarterly reporting
Proactively manage and complete ad hoc investor requests
Assist in facilitating the compilation of financial statements and financial reporting metrics for external investors
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2023 and May 2024
Minimum 3.0 GPA required

Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and analyze basic accounting and finance principles
