The internship program will run from Monday, June 5th, 2023, to Friday, August 11th, 2023.

Your Day to Day:
The Information & Technology Services team supports PGIM Private Capital with both vendor and internally designed applications, processes, and reporting. We are looking for an astute, determined professional like you to fulfill a data analyst role to complete a review of various data points between Salesforce and other internally built legacy systems, identifying updates, and recommending and implementing solutions to impacted data. You will showcase your success through collaboration, ownership, and innovation.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Identifying solutions to complex business problems by capturing, analyzing, and documenting business and systems requirements to enhance operational performance
Gaining exposure to external research, business systems and data tools that will help you further develop your career and analytical abilities including Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, R, SAS, Hadoop, Informatica, ETL, API development and microservices
Managing information systems, building data foundations, understanding regression trends and performing data segmentation
Required Qualifications:
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2023 and May 2024
Minimum 3.0 GPA required

Preferred Skills:
Preferred majors include Business Administration, Business and Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Statistics, or other related fields of study
Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, R, Power BI, Python, AWS, Text Mining Tools, Tableau, SQL Server preferred
Strong PC skills (MS Office suite including MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook)
High curiosity, willingness to learn and an intuition for business
