    Prudential Private Capital: 2023 Investment Analyst Program

    Location:

    Newark, NJ

    Start your career with one of the world’s leading investment managers as part of our three-year Analyst Program. The Analyst Program provides structured training and a robust and challenging work experience. You will focus on making investments in middle-market companies in a team-oriented environment that values inclusion and work-life balance.

    Prudential Private Capital is the private capital investment arm of PGIM, the global investment management business of Prudential Financial (NYSE: PRU).     Timeline:

    Your Day to Day:

    Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

    • Industry and company research

    • Financial modeling

    • Writing investment recommendations

    • Communication with portfolio companies

    • Preparation of marketing materials

    Required Qualifications:

    • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating May 2023

    • Minimum 3.0 GPA required

    • Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration

    • Excellent analytical and writing skills 

    • Interest in investing
