At Prudential, our Senior Firm Support Specialist reports directly to the Manager Director (the senior leader of the firm), purposefully focusing on recruiting, marketing and sales support, to meet our customers’ complex financial needs.
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Firm Support Specialist aligned to our Mid-Atlantic Financial Group, located in North Bethesda, MD. This is a hybrid position [remote & in person] that is full-time.
This is a critical role contributing to the success of our firm. You will work in a collaborative environment focused on recruiting and onboarding initiatives related to financial professionals who are both new to the industry and with extensive experience, marketing activities that help drive market growth and sales support to help drive revenue growth.
