OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
Administrar el portafolio corporativo de proyectos, evaluando las prioridades y el alineamiento a los objetivos estratégicos. Para garantizar la implementación de herramientas, nuevos procesos y estándares alineados a dichas estrategias.
FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO
Crear el portafolio corporativo de proyectos, identificando prioridades, beneficios y estrategias de acuerdo al plan. Garantizando la estrategia anual de la organización.
Gestionar el portafolio de proyectos, asegurando el cumplimiento en tiempo, alcance y costos. Garantizando los beneficios esperados de cada proyecto.
Definir la metodología más conveniente para la gestión de proyectos, integrando herramientas de análisis del grado de madurez de proyectos en la compañía vs frameworks o metodologías vigentes. Garantizando que se dispone de herramientas y marcos de referencia de éxito probado.
Supervisar el uso de herramientas y metodología institucional, realizando revisiones periódicas, identificando oportunidades y brindando capacitación que refuercen el uso de las mismas. Garantizando la alineación en la gestión de proyectos para toda la organización.
PERFIL DEL PUESTO
Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, deseable Maestría en Administración, Proyectos o Alta Dirección.
Inglés Intermedio
Conocimientos Técnicos:
Microsoft Projects
Microsoft Visio
PMI, IPMA o Prince2
Conocimientos de metodologías ágiles: Kanban, Scrum, Lean o Design Thinking.
Experiencia Laboral:
Líder de Proyectos – 5 años
Gerente de Proyectos / Subdirector de Proyectos – 3 años
