Job Description

As a Dynamics 365 Senior Architect at Publicis Sapient, you are responsible for the successful design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of an overall solution. You will drive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases including discover, definition, build, test, and deploy.

Your Impact:

• Design and lead the system architecture process, in partnership with the Development Team, to create, define specifications for and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirements using SQL Server Reporting Services
• Conduct end-user training and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation
• Develop and continue to refine CRM implementation standards and tools
• Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution.

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

• Sound understanding and proven experience of Dynamics 365 built-in analytics
• Expert in common Azure services (insights service, Email service …etc)
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform including: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent
• Deep knowledge of dataverse and CRUD actions on the data stored within
• Should also have proven experience in creating new data objects and extending existing OOB data objects
• Customer Journeys - In-depth experience in designing e2e customer journeys --automate  messaging, activity generation, gather insights about each journey
• Customer Segments – Customer macro and micro segmentation based on specific criteria/filters

• Asset Management: re-usable assets that can be leveraged by D365 applications
• Interoperability: Integration to external systems such as SMS gateways/aggregators, PUSH ntf gateways, other downstream and upstream systems , payment gateways, databases, legacy systems ..etc
