Job Description
We are looking for an executive administrative assistant for our growing office in Milan, Italy. The person chosen will support the team manager in managing the organization of the office and will provide continuous and constant support to the teams within the office.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Office management and maintenance (spaces and equipment)
· Business travel planning
· Hosting (suppliers, customers, candidates) and reception management
· Support in the organization of corporate events
· Filing of documents and contracts
· Management of all office shipments (inbound and outbound)
Qualifications
· Excellent organization skills
. Fluent English and Italian
· Excellent knowledge of Suite Office
· 2 years of work experience in a similar job position
