    Job Description

    We are looking for an HR Business Partner (full time) to define and deliver high-class people operations for our DACH business. Reporting to the International Lead for HR Operations and partnering closely with the DACH Business Partner Lead, you will lead a team of three and own the delivery of the team’s broad service catalogue from onboarding to exits. For the successful candidate, this role offers a huge opportunity to make a lasting impact on a growing business and have a great time doing it!

    Your Impact:

    • Owns People Lifecycle Operations across Germany and Switzerland
    • Responsible for day-to-day delivery across our broad service catalogue. This ranges from onboarding to exit, including family friendly policies, payroll inputs, data analysis, and people compliance etc.
    • Drives operational excellence through continuous improvement process and automation
    • Leads, coaches and mentors the team; creates a culture that champions our Core Values and lives our purpose
    • Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders and People Business Partners
    • Being part of the International People Operations Leadership structure, scaling work and sharing best practice across countries

    Qualifications

    Your Skills & Experience:

    • Passion for delivering operational excellence
    • Several years of experience in HR with a focus on operations
    • Fluent in German (mandatory) and English
    • Strong German labour law knowledge
    • Experience in leading teams preferred
    • Excellent analytical skills and ability to convert data into insights and solutions
    • Able to drive change in a global matrix structured environment
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
    • A positive can-do and hands-on attitude, curious by nature and a strong desire to learn and grow yourself and your team
