Job Description

As a Senior Associate in our Strategy and Consulting practice, you will contribute to the development of innovative strategies to improve customer outcomes, business performance and to lead our clients through digital change.  

You will work across a broad range of projects including the development of digital and technology strategy, operating model design, digital maturity assessment, enterprise architecture and technology evaluation, transformation roadmap development, investment modelling and business case development, importantly learning from very experienced colleagues leading these projects. 

You can expect to work across a broad range of industries spanning Financial Services, Public Sector, Retail, Energy & Commodities, Agribusiness, Health and more… 

You likely have grounding in Technology Strategy and/or Management Consulting from a leading consulting firm, start-up, or from within industry. We are looking for consultants who have a real interest in digital & technology, want to build their career and learn from the best and brightest.

Responsibilities 

• Take ambiguous and complex business problems and use direct engagement, research, and business analysis to define technology opportunities and recommend actionable next steps. 
• Understand our client’s business drivers & strategies and customer experience vision to develop appropriate and meaningful technology strategies. 
• Bring rigour to a client’s decision-making process by presenting and evaluating solution options, and seeking consensus among key team members and stakeholders. 
• Support the development of client proposals, including the selection of relevant consulting tools and frameworks and development of project approaches. 
• Lead discrete activities or end to end streams of work as part of project delivery.  

Qualifications

• Above all you are a smart, curious and driven individual with exceptional problem-solving, analysis skills, and attention to details. 
• You have a positive attitude, experience in collaborative work environments, and are comfortable embracing change. 
• 3 to 5 years of consulting experience with a strong focus on digital & technology. 
• You are fluent in English with outstanding client-facing capabilities, verbal and written communication skills, as well as numerical and presentation skills. 
• Exposure to developing strategies and plans underpinning business transformation for clients across industries. 
• Understanding & interest in digital technologies including data, cloud, AI/ML, web3.0, etc. 
• High level of competence in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to deliver client deliverables of utmost quality. 
• Ideally exposure to design thinking, customer journeys, service design and customer experience approaches. 
• Ideally exposure to agile ways of working. 
• Personality! Must have a sense of humour and be able to see the funny side of life. An enthusiastic participant and a thoughtful observer when the moment calls for it.
