    Senior Manager of Finance

    Publicis Sapient is looking for a Senior Manager of Finance to join our team of solutions-oriented innovators. You’ll use your data analytics, business acumen, and financial modeling skill set to improve operational effectiveness across the finance teams, which collectively support our business. We are on a mission to transform the world, and you will be instrumental in shaping how we do it with your ideas, thoughts, and solutions.

    Your Impact:

    • Support the business leadership team in driving financial and operating health of the industry -- become the point of contact and escalation for items related to client financial performance, forecasting, budgeting, and business operations.
    • Partner with Business Leads to drive for success against key objectives and targets while understanding key business drivers and financial metrics that push PS business forward.
    • Lead client finance and business operations team through day-to-day and period close activities across multiple geographies, enabling operational efficiencies and optimizing financial performance.
    • Lead and build financial analyses and operation strategies, forecasting future performance, annual commitment processes, and deriving insights to manage and implement improvement/changes required to grow our business portfolio.
    • Provide monthly P&L analysis and lead quarterly business reviews for the industry, highlighting key performance drivers, revenue and margin analysis, variance to commitment, and risks/opportunities.
    • Lead planning and re-forecasting programs, commercial negotiation strategies, and TWC support, providing insight into business drivers and their impact to land on target deliverables.
    • Collaborate closely with various teams (Capacity, Controllership, Legal, Financial Reporting, Delivery Sales) to deliver complete/accurate financial results and improve operational effectiveness.

    Qualifications

    Your Skills & Experience:

    • Extensive professional history of working in financial management, particularly commercial and change management
    • 7-10 years of professional experience working in Finance/Accounting, preferably within Professional Services, Technology, or Consulting industries
    • Thorough understanding of financial systems, database platforms, and financial planning/modeling tools
    • Proven track record of strong problem resolution and successfully driving processes that improve ways of working across teams
    • Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment, and effective at driving solutions and results amid ambiguity and change
    • Experience in data analysis with the ability to synthesize and connect data to tell the story from a business and operational perspective

    Set Yourself Apart With:

    • CPA Certifications or MBA and progressive leadership experience
    • Excellent (verbal, written, presentation) communication skills to convey complex metrics and analysis clearly and accurately to internal teams and all levels of management.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong interpersonal skills – with the ability to establish trust quickly, build relationships, and influence decision-making across multiple levels
    • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight timelines
    • Excel at working with and building world-class globally dispersed teams
