Senior Manager- Solution Architect

As a Solution Architects at Publicis Sapient you are client-focused, sector experienced, and service-oriented professionals who embrace challenge and change. They work with client stakeholders as the technical strategist to co-design the next-generation technologies that shape how the world’s first cognitive city operates and shares information between tens of millions of users.

They have extensive experience collaboratively designing, system architecting, developing, securing, and procuring products and services for broad, complex enterprises. They have exceptional communication skills that complement a deep understanding of software and service development.

Your Impact:
• Leads all technical solution design and development activities across the programme working with vendor solution architects and development teams.
• Accountable for the solution architecture across the programme and ensuring development is in line with this.
• identify, progress and document key technical decisions.
• Maintain technical design principles and development methodology ensuring compliance Coach and advise vendors on best practice
• Ensure solution designs across all vendors are complete and there are no Gaps represent technology in defect triage reviews.
• "Review and approve solution design docs Review and approve all integration specs Review and audit code quality".
• Consult clients’ senior technical leaders on best practice points of view on Next Generation Platforms.
• Accumulate market know-how, industry and technology trends, to enhance and manage
knowledge on projects.
• Ability to manage very large architectural systems with large development teams.

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:
• Should have 10 + years of experience in Consulting or Advisory engagements, working directly with clients to support the development of payments strategies, roadmaps and transformation programs.
• Ability to lead and manage team

 •  Create strong working relationships with client.
• Experience in architecting systems with some of the listed technologies across the following areas:
Presentation Layer
o Mobile / Tablet applications on Android, iOS and native HTML5 on mobile
o MV* architectures such as AngularJS, React, Ember
o HTML5 with rich user experiences (trading / BI) on desktop
o Delivery across multiple channels
o HTML, CSS, DOM manipulation
o Mobile First, Domain Driven Design and Responsive Web Design
 

Business Services Layer
o SOAP and REST based systems
o API Management and Documentation (Swagger.io, I/O Docs)
o Node.JS, Netty
o Languages including Java, C#, Scala, Closure
o High scale, highly transactional, high performance, highly available systems and robust
applications
o Continuous delivery and continuous integration

Data Services Layer
o NoSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, KDB+, SAP Hana
o HazelCast, GigaSpaces, Hadoop 2.0, Spark, Splunk

Infrastructure
o Multi-tenant architectures deployed in the cloud
o Implementations on and migration to Cloud services including Microsoft Azure, Google App Engine, Amazon AWS, IBM Bluemix, Rackspace.
o SaaS, PaaS and IaaS providers and architectures
o Enterprise data centres including Equinix
o Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Docker, Urban Deploy.
